Information collected
- Contact form: your name, email address, project and message.
- Spam protection: on pages that contain the form, Google reCAPTCHA analyzes certain technical information (IP address, browser, interactions with the page) to tell a person from a bot. Google processes this information under its own privacy policy.
- Audience measurement: the Umami service counts visits in aggregate (pages viewed, referring site, device type, country), without cookies and without any information that identifies you.
- Property map: the map is provided by Google. It is only displayed if you click “Show map”; Google may then set cookies and collect information under its own privacy policy.
Why this information is used
To reply to your request and follow up on your real estate project, and to improve the site using aggregate statistics. It is never sold or used for other purposes without your consent.
Consent
By sending the form, you consent to your information being used to reply to you. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to the person in charge above.
Disclosure to third parties
Your information may be shared with Groupe Sutton Clodem inc., with the providers that host the site and email, with Google (form protection and map) and with Umami (audience measurement), only for the purposes described here. Some providers may store information outside Québec; they are chosen to provide adequate protection.
Retention and security
Information is kept for as long as needed for the purposes for which it was collected, or longer if real estate brokerage regulations require it, and then destroyed. The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and access to information is limited to the people who need it.
Your rights
You may request access to your information, its correction or its deletion by writing to the person in charge above. You will receive an answer within 30 days. You may also file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
Cookies
The site uses no advertising or audience-measurement cookies. Only technical cookies needed for it to work are used, including Google reCAPTCHA's, which protects the form against spam, and Google Maps' only if you choose to show the map.
Changes
This policy may be updated. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
